1. Account information
AIgenWalls stores your account email, display name, and a securely salted password hash. Passwords are not stored in readable form. Your account identifier links your credits, saved images, favorites, and account records. Customer and administrator sessions are separate.
Your display name appears beside content you choose to publish. Your email address is not included in gallery responses.
2. Prompts, images, and collections
We store the prompts you submit, selected image settings, generated image files, names, visibility choices, and generation status. This allows us to save your work, process revisions, show your collection, and handle failed requests. Images start as private.
Generating or revising an image sends the necessary prompt, settings, and, for revisions, source image to the configured image service. Its own privacy and retention practices also apply. Do not include secrets, financial credentials, or sensitive personal information in prompts or uploaded reference material.
3. What publishing makes public
If you publish a wallpaper and it is approved where review applies, the image, name, prompt, style, category, original dimensions, and display-name attribution can be visible in the gallery and on a share page. Public pages may be indexed or copied by search engines and other visitors.
You can change a published wallpaper back to private. That removes its public access in this service, but cannot recall downloads, screenshots, or copies already made elsewhere.
4. Payments and credit records
Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay process checkout when connected. We store order identifiers, amount, currency, selected credit quantity, environment, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers, card security codes, bank credentials, or a PayPal password.
We keep a credit ledger to account for welcome credits, successful generations, returned credits, purchases, and administrator adjustments. Financial and operational records may need to be retained after a deletion request where there is a valid operational or legal reason.
5. Browser storage and operational data
The hosting platform manages authentication cookies. The app uses browser session storage for an in-progress prompt and studio choices so an accidental reload is less disruptive. The account database, rather than browser storage, holds durable collections and balances.
Rate-limiting records and limited technical logs help prevent abuse and diagnose failures. Contact forms save the email, subject, and message you send into the support inbox. There are no advertising trackers or third-party behavioral analytics scripts in this release.
6. Access and security
Requests for private collections and files are checked against the signed-in account. Administrative operations require an administrator role. API credentials are encrypted at rest and are used on the server. Payment confirmation is checked with the configured provider.
No online service can promise absolute security. Use your sign-in account carefully, avoid sharing access, and contact us if you suspect an account or payment issue.
7. Your choices and requests
You can edit your display name, download an account-data export, remove a wallpaper, and change publication visibility in the app. Use the contact form for access, correction, privacy, or account-deletion requests. Include the account email so the request can be verified.
Requests involving another person’s data, copyrighted material, or an unsafe public image can also be reported through the gallery or contact page.
8. Questions and changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date below identifies this version. For questions about data handling or the operator of this deployment, contact AIgenWalls. The service is intended for adults who can manage their own account and payment arrangements.
