Clear expectations.

The studio reserves the displayed number of credits when a request starts. If the model request fails or the image cannot be saved, those credits are returned to the same account. An interrupted request may remain pending while the model finishes; expired requests are checked on the next account refresh and refunded after the recovery window.

Before retrying after a lost connection, check your collection. The image may have completed successfully. A successful result uses its credit cost even if you choose not to keep it.

Credits are added only after a server-side payment check matches the order, amount, and currency. Some payment methods take longer to reach a completed state. On the account page, use Check payment for a pending Stripe or PayPal order.

For Razorpay, the signed checkout response or a verified provider event completes the order after capture. If a payment remains unresolved, contact support with the internal order ID and provider payment reference. Do not pay a second time just to resolve an uncertain first payment.

A repeated callback for the same completed order does not add a second pack. Distinct successful purchases create distinct credit entries. If you believe you paid twice unintentionally, send both order references so the transactions can be reviewed.

Send a refund request with your account email, order identifier, payment method, and a short explanation. We review payment status and how many purchased credits remain unused. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply.

Approved monetary refunds are processed through the original payment provider. Timing depends on the provider and financial institution. A refund may require an adjustment to unused credits. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or API keys.

Sandbox checkout is labeled as test mode. A sandbox transaction does not represent a live payment. Test credits are operational usage units in this deployment and are recorded separately from live revenue.

The operator should complete gateway configuration and end-to-end payment tests before offering live credit purchases to customers.
